Terms and Conditions

  1. To Cancel an individual or small group session 24 hours notice is needed. 
  2. To cancel a Camp 2 weeks notice must be given to receive a Refund. Any less than that and no refund will be given. 
  3. IF less notice is given then full price will be charged for individual sessions. 
  4. If anyone cancels on small group sessions then the cost will be divided by the remaining clients so full price is covered. 
  5. Courses are paid upfront and no refunds will be given once the course starts. If you wish to cancel your place for any reason, you must do so 1 week before the First Week session to access a refund. If less than 1 week is given full price will be charged. This allows us time to offer your space to someone else. 


Refunds


  1. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving them otherwise no refund will be given. 
  2. Goods will need to be returned with a reason before any refund will be given. Once the goods have been returned and the reason agreed for refund, the refund will be in your bank within 14 days. 
  3. We do not refund shipping charges unless an item is faulty. An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your refund has been processed. A refund will then be initiated into your account from Hope Coaching 2023.
  4. Personalised products with custom initials, badges or prints cannot be refunded.
